## What's New

### `/ccc-codex` — Codex CLI management from Claude
Doctor, models, plugins and marketplaces, MCP servers, subagents (installs the generated TOML agents into `~/.codex/agents/`), Codex Cloud tasks, remote control, `codex review`, `codex update`, `/import` guidance and `config.toml` editing. Every config write asks first, backs up the file and verifies with `codex doctor --json`.

### Commander HUD mod
A Claude Mod that draws a band above the prompt with the Fable Method state, running agents, the session's tool-call budget and an update pill, plus a `/ccc-hud` command that runs without a model turn. Observe-only: no tool approval, no model calls, no network, and it reads only `~/.claude/commander/`. Requires Claude Code 2.1.287+ (Desktop 2.1.286+); elsewhere Commander runs hooks-only.

### Plugin workflows
Six dynamic workflows ship as `/commander:<name>`: `ccc-audit`, `ccc-deep-review`, `ccc-fleet`, `ccc-migrate` (modernized: pipeline by default, verifiers told to refute, worktree verification fixed) and the new `ccc-prompt-audit` and `ccc-release-audit`.

### Plugin evals
Eight `claude plugin eval` cases (hub, plan, review, doctor, fable, update, suggest, codex), runnable with `claude plugin eval ./commander/cowork-plugin --case <name> --runs 3`.

### Seven new hook events
30 events, 51 handlers. PermissionDenied (auto-mode denials reach `/ccc-safety`), PreModelSwitch and PostModelSwitch (routing telemetry and a tier reminder), TeammateIdle (fleet telemetry), CwdChanged and DirectoryAdded (session state), and FileChanged on `CLAUDE.md` (a stale-instructions nudge). WorktreeCreate and WorktreeRemove are deliberately not registered: a hook there replaces git worktree handling.

### Models
Claude routing by alias: `fable` (Fable 5.1) deep, `opus` (Opus 5.5) default, `sonnet` (Sonnet 5.5) fast, `haiku` (Haiku 5.5) bulk. The Codex registry is rebuilt on `gpt-6-astra` (deep), `gpt-6.1-sol` (default), `gpt-6-sol` (bounded) and `gpt-6-luna` (bulk), every id probed live on release day. Agents use aliases; architect and security-auditor run on Fable 5.1.

### Every prompt rewritten
Procedure-first, AskUserQuestion pickers, done-when checks, guardrails, no counts or versions in bodies, no stale model names, long tables moved to `references/`. Each file was checked by a fresh-context verifier against the standard's checklist.

### Decks, Codex mirror and orchestration
The decks describe the Artifact tool as it is today; `ccc-mission-control` and `ccc-linear-board` sync rows through the artifact database instead of republishing. The Codex mirror emits valid TOML subagents, ships hook timeouts in seconds and maps 12 Codex events. `/ccc-orchestrate` executes on GPT-6 Astra, GPT-6.1 Sol, GPT-6 Luna, Codex Cloud or a Sonnet subagent.

### Fixed
- `ccc-migrate` verified the main tree instead of each change's worktree.
- `ccc-fleet` pipeline mode discarded edits between stages.
- The Codex agent export produced invalid TOML for agent bodies containing a backslash.
- `/ccc-doctor` rejected agents on current model ids.
